Roman was awesome! He showed up on time got the work done quickly and neatly and was very helpful explaining how things work and how to care for our refrigerator going forward. We will definitely be calling them again if we ever need work done in the future on our subzero refrigerators.

We had an issue with our oven and Roman came and quickly fixed it! I didn't even have to take a day off. He was very nice, efficient, and explained the problem and what he did.
